This Diary is about my trip to New Zealand with an intro I shot last year and never used, thanks to Monster audio for the gear! I filmed a heli trip with Field Productions, and skied some park with George Pengelly at Cadrona. New Zealand was a crazy trip it is action packed with athletes riders and everyone trying to get some Southern Hemisphere snow. I filmed some Kendama tricks back at the Saga Warehouse waiting for snow! Also got to session the snoflex at Woodward Copper, Thanks to you guys for the ramp time.

Saga Delivers.
The Saga has arrived. Jordan Harper and I stuck with tradition and took some photos of the gear fresh out of the bag. It is nice to see the gear stacked and going to shops and customers, I cant wait to ski in the new gear, but just around the corner is sampling for next years gear, which is even more exciting. All I can say is that Saga is cooking up some cool stuff for next season! All the photos below are of XL anomie gear.

Saga Summer Line.
The Summer line is almost here and I compiled a few leaked shots that have been showing up on Saga Twitter, Facebook and blog. I am always excited when a new line comes out, and the great thing about Saga is that they have seasonal releases, winter of course, but also summer spring and fall stuff that comes out along with the Outerwear.
The spring line is having a huge sale right now April 1st-5th, all the spring stuff that is left is 50% off so get on that before its gone, I know most of the sweatshirts are sold but theres still a ton of T-shirts up for grabs. Go to the store and enter “No More” at check out for the discount.

Saga Spring Shipping.
I was in the office to check out the new spring goods and sent a couple orders with a signed sticker! Still a bunch of sick Thermals and hoodies for Spring riding, can’t wait for the sunny ski times! I will still be skiing powder, until it is gone, then it is time for park with friends.
Spring Saga Sizing.
SSS, to the rescue, or is it SOS? Well Here are some photos of the stuff I just got from Saga, and for Sizing reference I am 6 foot 2 and this is all XXL clothing, the Hoodie, Flannel, Thermal and Tee. Check it out at the Saga Online Store. The pics are pretty crappy, but thats how all the kids do their sizing photos so I figured they would fit in in the Gear talk Forums of Newschoolers.
My Sister Erica Durtschi
If the uncommon last name “Durtschi” didn’t give it away, Erica is my sister and she just turned 21. She is living in Salt Lake, coaching and competing. She lives in a packed house, I dont even know all the roommates but it includes LJ when he is around, Collin C. and Brady P. Yeah she is dating Brady, sorry boys she is taken! She has been filming with Saga and will be in the next volume, a volume that I cannot wait to see.
I took some photos with my sister during the spring look book shoot. I wish I had more time to ski with Erica but we both have different schedules and that makes things difficult. The last day we were going to film together got abruptly cancelled when the Saga home basement was flooded at 4AM. My sister showed up at 6:30AM to find us scooping water into a garbage bucket with a blender. She was laughing which she usually doesn’t do at 6:30AM because she is not much of a morning person and I guess I am the only person she can tolerate that early in the morning. I tend to be loud in the morning, and she doesn’t like loud noises in the morning, but the situation of a flooded basement overcame that so much that we forgot about the ski day we were missing. Last year we got some late season Brighton Pow so I am sure we will ski some more later this year when filming winds down.
Also incase people are wondering, she is wearing the size Large ghost Jacket and Hybrid pants in the Dew Tour Photo. There a a bunch of girls rocking the size Large and thats sweet, but I havn’t heard of any girls who are wearing the XL, if you rock it let it be known. I think Erica would look good in some XL, well, she thinks it’s too big but if you are a girl that is any taller than her than I think you could rock it. Oh actually I found a picture of her wearing the XL vest and Angeli is wearing the XL cobra!

I missed the last one at the salt flats for the fall hoodies and I was bummed, but its good to be a part of the spring line.
